From IBM to YouHodler: A Career Built on Transformation

Martin joins us with more than two decades of international experience, including a long and impactful career at IBM, where he led major digital transformation initiatives across the globe. His roles ranged from IT Architect and CTO to GEO Expansion Leader and Agile Coach, all driven by one consistent theme: helping organizations evolve through technology and people-first leadership.

At IBM, Martin was recognized with the prestigious Best of IBM award for his work as CIO, where he helped lead the company’s expansion into Africa. Beyond IBM, he has also partnered with global
brands like Procter & Gamble, Novartis, and Asahi Holdings, helping them achieve meaningful enterprise transformation and sustainable growth.

Martin’s leadership philosophy is simple but powerful: care for people to strengthen business, keep promises that can be delivered, and maintain just enough structure to empower teams. It’s a mindset that perfectly aligns with YouHodler’s mission to create a transparent, agile, and user-focused financial ecosystem.

Scaling YouHodler’s Fintech and Web3 Integration

As COO, Martin will play a key role in bringing together YouHodler’s technical and non-technical teams to ensure operational excellence, customer-first innovation, and long-term scalability. His focus will be on implementing agile systems across the company, strengthening collaboration, and aligning strategic goals across departments.

With my experience from IBM and other leading companies in the tech space, I'm eager to help scale YouHodler's operations, strengthen its fintech and Web3 integration, and deliver measurable business results."

Martin’s arrival comes at a dynamic time for YouHodler. Following the renewal of our strategic partnership with Torino FC, we’re continuing to expand our ecosystem through meaningful collaborations that combine Web3 innovation with real-world utility. As part of this next growth phase, Martin will also work closely with our B2B team to strengthen YouHodler’s enterprise offerings, helping more companies and industries access the benefits of Web3 finance through scalable, trusted enterprise solutions.
