Registered countries

YouHodler, S.A. (the “Company”), is regulated in the following countries:

• 🇨🇭 Switzerland: The Company is regulated as a financial intermediary.
• 🇮🇹 Italy: YouHodler Italy, S.R.L., a subsidiary of YouHodler, S.A., is registered as a VASP with the OAM.
• 🇪🇸 Spain:
  • YouHodler, S.A. is registered as VASP with the Bank of Spain under the number D939. This registration is for AML control purposes only and does not entail any approval or license of the activity by the Bank of Spain.
• 🇦🇷 Argentina:
  • YouHodler, S.A. is also registered as VASP with the CNV under the number 65. This registration is for the purposes of control as a Regulated Entity before the Financial Information Unit (UIF) and any other regulatory body empowered to that effect, within the framework of its competences, and does not imply any license or supervision by the Comisión Nacional de Valores (Argentina) over the activity carried out by the PSAV.
