CRM Manager

Hey! This is the YouHodler team. Since 2018, we have successfully developed the world’s best web3 finance product: a place where classic money and crypto assets coexist. We are one of the leading companies in the Crypto Valley Association (Switzerland) and one of the best financial apps in Europe.

We plan to open many new products and directions in 2024, so we are strengthening our product and marketing teams. We are looking for an experienced and proactive CRM Manager to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, implementing and optimizing marketing 

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute omnichannel marketing campaigns, including email, push, SMS notifications, stories and in-app messages
• Build automated retention and reactivation flows
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, derive insights, and report findings to stakeholders
• Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to continuously improve communication effectiveness and customer experience
• Analyze market trends and customer insights
• Launch retention promo campaigns, craft compelling promotional messages
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing automation efforts align with overall business objectives
• Stay up-to-date with fintech industry trends and competitor activities

Requirements

• Proven experience as a CRM Manager or similar role
• Expertise in using marketing automation platforms (e.g., Customer.io, Braze, HubSpot, Marketo, Getresponse) and product analysis tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude)
• Excellent copywriting skills
• Hands-on experience in building/modifying email templates with HTML and CSS.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent in professional English
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
• A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail
