Product Manager

Hey there! This is the YouHodler team. Since 2018, we have been successfully developing the world's best web3 finance product: a place where classic money and crypto assets coexist. We are one of the leading companies in the Crypto Valley Association (Switzerland) and one of the best financial apps in Europe. We are planning to open a bunch of new products and directions in 2024, so we are strengthening our product and IT teams. Responsibilities

• Leading the development and launch of YouHodler's payment cards, making it to find the right product market fit.
• Managing a Scrum team with all classic ceremonies: sprint planning, stand-ups, estimates, retro.
• Maintaining the product roadmap, figuring out the priorities and timelines considering allocated resources.
• Driving the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements.
• Ensuring the best CX/UX experience possible, working closely with designers, dev team, customer support, and other departments.
• Monitoring product metrics and customer feedback, conducting experiments to continuously increase the funnel’s conversion rate.
• Lowering the cost of customer acquisition, working closely with marketing department.
• Conducting market research and analysis to identify opportunities and product vision.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, compliance, and customer support, to deliver high-quality products.
• Establishing reliable third-party partnerships.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, specifically in the fintech industry with a focus on payment cards.
• Deep understanding of the payment card lifecycle, including issuance, processing, and transaction management.
• Strong knowledge of fintech markets, including regulatory and compliance aspects.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong acquaintance with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools including Jira and Confluence.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Fluent English.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree is a plus.
• Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Familiarity with blockchain technology and decentralized finance (DeFi) concepts.
• Personal or work-related experience with investing or trading products in fiat or crypto.
• Background in UX/UI design and user-centered product development.
• Experience in building effective wide marketing campaigns.
• Speaking Italian, Spanish, French, or German is a plus.
