About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Payment Operations Specialist to join our Finance team in Lausanne.

In this role, you will support day-to-day payment operations, ensure smooth transaction processing, and help maintain reliable payment infrastructure across fiat and crypto flows.

This position is ideal for someone with experience in banking or fintech payment operations who enjoys working with transactions, processes, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day payment operations (operational and client payments)
• Process and monitor payment transactions and settlements
• Handle crypto payment flows and interaction with exchanges
• Investigate and resolve payment issues and exceptions
• Support onboarding and management of payment service providers (PSPs)
• Perform reconciliations and ensure transaction accuracy
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners
• Contribute to improvements in payment processes and infrastructure

Requirements

• Experience in payment operations, transaction processing, or financial operations
• Background in banking, fintech, or financial services
• Strong understanding of payment flows, settlements, and transaction lifecycle
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
• Fluent English

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech or crypto companies
• Experience working with crypto payments or digital assets
• Knowledge of accounting principles or reconciliations
• Understanding of payment regulations or compliance processes
