Product Owner (Argentina, Buenos Aires)

Responsibilities

• Take the direction from YouHodler Argentina General Manager
• Lead Product Discoveries in order to properly decompose business goals into product features, precisely define the scope
• Derive the Discovery results to Product Backlog - write and prioritise User Stories and acceptance criteria
• Identify risks, edge cases, and improvement opportunities early in the development process
• With the help of product team build the roadmaps and implementation timelines
• Work closely with engineers, designers, and analysts to deliver product features
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning
• Act as a bridge between business and technical staff

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager in Scrum/Agile teams
• Experience working in fintech / crypto domains
• Experience with integration with various Payment System Providers (PSPs) in LatAm
• Strong understanding of client-server architecture, APIs, and system interactions
• Hands-on experience working with engineering teams in Agile environments
• Fluent or strong English and Spanish (Upper-Intermediate+)
• Ability and proven experience in interaction with external partners (providers of payment/card solutions)
• Knowledge of card issuing processes will be a strong plus
• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Postman, Figma
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to prioritize, structure complex problems, and make product decisions
