We plan to open many new products and directions in 2024, so we are strengthening our product and IT teams. Our team is committed to delivering outstanding results in terms of quality and reliability, and we are seeking a Manual QA Engineer who shares our values and is ready to contribute to our success.

You will play a pivotal role in our testing processes, encompassing both manual and forthcoming automated methodologies. Your responsibilities will involve the development of functional and regression test suites, the implementation of advanced technical testing strategies and systems, and meticulous issue tracking. Moreover, you will be an integral part of a collaborative team operating within the Agile Scrum framework.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with PM and development team to create testing strategies and approaches for different use cases
• Design, organize, and implement validation tests for applications in development, including functional tests, integration tests, regression tests, etc.
• Actively participate in the QA team: contribute to the development of automated testing, design test cases, monitor and maintain QA reports
• Formulate and execute detailed test cases and testing sequences
• Create test artifacts and perform test analysis
  

Requirements

• Analytical thinker with excellent troubleshooting abilities
• Skilled in testing both web / mobile platforms and complex projects
• Adaptable in an Agile setting, versatile in Manual, Automated, and Performance Testing roles
• Eager to learn new technologies as projects demand
• Proactive in problem-solving and leads solution implementation
• Keen attention to detail to ensure top product quality
• Always updated with the latest tech trends, aiming to enhance the product continually

Nice to have

• Experience in the financial sector (brokers, banks, investment projects, crypto-exchangers);
• Fluent English.
