Description

We arelooking for a Client Relationship Team member who must be social, analytical,possess an aptitude for learning and using new software, and be able tocommunicate clearly and effectively. The ideal Client Relationship Officer should engage with customers, be ableto provide insights on client-to-business interactions, improve customerexperience through product support, and handle customer complaints andrequests.

Responsibilities

  • Handle and resolvecustomer requests and complaints;
  • Operate with  Customer Relationship Management and the othersoftware (Intercom, Jira);
  • Hold productdemonstrations for customers;
  • Communicate andcoordinate with colleagues as necessary;
  • Respond and quicklyto customer inquiries (live chat);
  • Communicate withcustomers through various channels (Intercom/Telegram/Facebook/Slack, etc.);
  • Provide feedback onthe efficiency of the customer service process;
  • Ensure customersatisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Requirements

  • Regions – EU;
  • High educationdegree;
  • English level –Advanced (B2, C1). Additional languages (French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, other)are an advantage;
  • Experience working incustomer support/client relations;
  • Work experiencewith CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and social platforms (Intercom,Telegram, Slack);
  • Highly organized and able to multi-task;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • High computer literacy;
  • Availability of a PC (MacOS, Windows).
